BROCKPORT, N.Y.—Robert Liebel (Tonawanda/Tonawanda) raced to a pair of individual titles and was named the Outstanding Track Athlete of the Meet, helping pace Buffalo State tie for fourth place at the eight-team SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend at the College at Brockport.
